This is an example of comedic timing.

The drawing aren't supposed to be absolutely amazing and given the 5 hours it took to animate this is spectacular.

When I first saw the yoyo I lowered my expectations, but you blew me away! Such a fluid fight, I can't wait to see more of these!

Good, but...

The only problem with this flash is not the animation or the sound, they were fine. My problem was that it was very slow paced. Things were slower than they needed to be and it was annoying.

Other than that it was a great concept with a slightly lackluster execution.

Just remember though that this isn't a reflection upon your skills or potential. It's easy on your next flash to keep pacing in mind and then bingo! :)

Thank you for the review, I agree that some of the timing is a bit slow, but I think it works in most of the situations, my next flash is gonna be crazy fast paced, if it turns out how i want it to :D

Huh?

I didn't understand any of that, and even if I could hear the voice over the loud music I'm still not sure I'd get the message.

The voice acting was not convincing either. There is potential here, but in my opinion the potential was not met.

I don't review often, but I must say that the quality of this flash was very high and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's somewhat rare on Newgrounds to see a flash of this length and quality, and not clicking would have been one of life's sad little mistakes.
